HAAS Mini Mill
Haas Automation's Mini Mill takes up little shop floor space, yet provides a generous work envelope of 406 x 305 x 254mm. This super-compact machine features a 40-taper spindle, speeds to 6,000 rpm, 600-ipm rapids and a 10-pocket automatic tool changer.
The Mini Mill handles small-parts manufacturing with the reliability - it's ideal for finishing work and cutting aluminium, yet also provides enough low-end torque to cut steel.
HAAS TM-1
TM-1 Toolroom Mill combines the best of both worlds: the ease and simplicity of a manual machine with the power and flexibility of full CNC. With xyz travels of 762 x 305 x 406 mm, the TM-1 provides plenty of room for larger workpieces, as is an extremely versatile machine featuring a 40-taper spindle and speeds to 6,000 rpm.
Haas Super Mini Mill
The Super Mini Mill is based on the ever-popular Mini Mill. The Super Mini Mill takes up little shop floor space yet provides a generous work envelope of 16" x 12" x 10". It comes standard with a 10,000-rpm spindle, 30.5m/min rapids, and a high-speed tool changer.
The Super Mini Mill features a 15-hp vector drive spindle that accepts standard 40-taper tooling. With cutting feedrates up to 21.2m/min, 30.5m/min rapids and 2.5-second tool changes, cycle times on the Super Mini Mill are kept to a minimum. The 914 x 305mm table provides plenty of room for fixturing, rotary tables or indexing units.
