We strive to be the engineer’s machine shop, looking after your job from start to finish.

We do not stock-hold so your material will come in on one of our twice weekly deliveries with full traceability certification and be logged into our manufacturing system.

From here working direct from solid models or from 2D drawings all of our machining is programmed off-line using SprutCAM.

One of our engineers will them look after the machining of the parts and carry out in-process inspection.

The parts will then be logged  in our system for any finishing or secondary processes required by our carefully selected  finishers.

After final inspection your parts will be carefully packaged (where necessary in specialist packing which we can source for you) and be delivered to your door by FedEx.

Not based in Cornwall? - Very few of our customers are, we ship daily throughout the UK, Europe and North America

As manufacturing experts, we keep abreast of the latest techniques and tools available which can improve efficiencies.

We frequently use sub-contract:

Laser and water-jet Profiling

Laser welding

UHV Welding and He Leak-testing

SLS & SLA prototyping technologies

Thermoforming
